Hi, Bill sent me the ascii genealogy files today and I've been browsing through the first sections. Would you like some input from me on points I know about? For instance, I knew Norma Jean fairly well and spent many weekends at her bay house both before and after her death. Mom and Becky and I cleaned up that mess. Becky of course owned the house for years after Norma Jean died. NJ was a wonderful person, outgoing and friendly, and quite generous. People loved her. She enjoyed boating and fishing, and always had a dark tan. I know she was very lonely in her last years and drank too much like Becky did. The bay house was not in Galveston, but way up the bay near Becky and Roy's place in San Leon. We always referred to NJ's house as being "in" San Leon, although more likely it was on county land legally. The house was a good sized two story thing over about a four car (boat) garage. When I had my little yawl I kept it there for a while. Hope this is of interest to you personally, and adds a bit of detail to your work. I was very fond of Norma Jean.
